The Dough Academy

Sourdough bread making class with Dr. Dough today!
 
A great time learning the basics and science of making sourdough bread. We used social distancing, masks, hand sanitizer and wipes to create a clean and safe environment. We were given our very own hand towels to eliminate any cross contamination.
 
The process was fun and the instructor was engaging and knowledgeable. We left with a binder of information and recipes as well as starter and dough to make our own loaf of bread. It was a great way to spend my Monday morning!
 
On a side note, how can I be walking 26 miles a week and still be gaining weight? It could be my glass of wine in the evening, but there are some things just too good to give up.
