Fall Forward

I am in the studio today and it feels like I have found a long lost friend. I am finding my mojo, little by little and it feels good. I added a file for you to print and use. It's a copy of four bookmarks I created a few years ago. They are located in the "Files" on the left side of the page. Please enjoy. Today I have a few recommendations to keep us looking for the Silver Linings in our life. 1. John Krasinski's SGN (some good news) on Youtube. I watched all three episodes and found them joyful and inspiring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oilZ1hNZPRM 2. Motivational speech by Denzel Washington (Fall forward). I think this is timely, will we fall back to what our life was, or will we find the silver lining and Fall Forward? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbnzAVRZ9Xc 3. This is my favorite TedTalk. I watched it when it first came out, and it continues to inspire me. Shawn has gone on to write numerous books, including the Happiness Advantage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLJsdqxnZb0 4. Anything by Brene' Brown. She has a top ten TedTalk which is inspiring and educational. https://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_the_power_of_vulnerability?referrer=playlist-the_most_popular_talks_of_all One of my favorite books by her is The Gifts of Imperfections. A Brene' Brown quote that seems very timely. Vulnerability is not about winning or losing. It’s having the courage to show up even when you can’t control the outcome. Please share your go-to's to keep you inspired?
