Yesterday I created a magical oasis for myself. It's not much, just fabric, lights, and some plastic ivy, but I love it. It took me longer than I thought it would, but it was worth the effort.
For me, there is something about lights at night that seem so enchanting. I turned on the overhead music, poured myself a glass of wine, grabbed a blanket and just sat beneath my canopy. It was wonderfully relaxing.
